Ingredients
¼ almond butter
6 Tbsp honey
½ cup oats
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnampn
½ tsp baking soda
¼ salt
⅓ rasiins
½ apple sauce
4 Tbsp buckwheat flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl besides the flour and the rasins.
Mix ingredients and add the flour and raisins.
Pour Ingredients into muffin tray.
Bake for 25 minutes.
