    Cinnamon Fuji Apple Sauce

     

    Lately, we have been inspired by our community to tell more stories with our fruit. Fuji Apples are now in season so we wanted to create something with these delicious apples! 

     

    Cinnamon Fuji Apple Sauce (Serves 1) 

     

    Ingredients: 

     

    2 Fuji Apples 
    2 TBSP Maple Syrup 
    Juice form 1/4 lemon 
    4 TBSP water 
    1/4 tsp cinnamon 

     

    Directions: 

     

    Peal & core the apples
    Slice apples into small pieces
    Put apples on the stove with maple syrup, and water and bring to a boil
    Simmer until soft
    Put apples in vitamix (or blender)
    Add lemon Juice before blending 
    Enjoy :)
