One of our team members recently attended an Evoolution tasting night at the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert and was inspired by the Sparkling Pomegranate Mocktail they served.  If you're looking for a delicious holiday drink here's an easy recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of Steve & Dan's Sparkling Juice
• ½ cup pomegranate juice
• 2 tsp Evoolution Pomegranate Quince balsamic vinegar
• Ice cubes and cranberries for garnish

Directions

• Combine pomegranate juice and Pomegranate Quince Balsamic Vinegar.
• Add sparkling juice just before serving, and pour over ice.
• Garnish with cranberries (you can freeze them and use instead of ice if you choose) and a sprig of rosemary. 

You can make this Mocktail into a Cocktail by adding your choice of alcoholic beverage. Enjoy!
