Happy December, folks! Whether you celebrate Christmas, another holiday, or nothing at all, we can all agree that nothing makes a cold December night better than a hot mug of apple cider.
Apple cider is pretty easy to make and there are a lot of variations. But this recipe is special because it calls for 100% pure apple juice. Forget the stuff you buy in the grocery store. What makes a good apple cider is great apple juice, made from fresh BC apples and nothing else.
We tested out a few different recipes and it was decided that THIS was the best. Not too sweet, just the right amount of cinnamon, and extra delicious with a splash of brandy. There's no extra sugar added, as the apple juice is sweet enough!
