2017 is officially underway! Now that we're well into the new year and the craziness of the holidays has worn off, we've been reflecting on the past year and looking towards what 2017 has in store for us.

As we've mentioned before, 2016 was a year of change for us. We enlisted the help of some close friends and mentors - Joel and Sandra of Clear Impact Consulting. Through them, we're learning how to become better leaders and how to strengthen the support systems in our team.

Another highlight of 2016 was having our managers visit the family farm in Oliver! Our managers can get so busy during the summer, that they don't get the chance to step away from the markets. We drove down to Oliver to see last season's fruit come in and to bond a bit with each other!

Possibly the biggest change we underwent was a physical one... we changed our branding! We heard such awesome feedback on our new look that we wanted to take it one step further! Some of you may have noticed our sparkling juice labels have changed! We wanted our labels to reflect our new look (as well as our love of puns). We had so much fun coming up with the different labels!

As we move into the new year, we're reminded of the opportunities to grown, to learn, and to better the company, each other, and ourselves. Here's to whatever 2017 holds!
